Corresponding sealing devices are installed on both ends of the rolling bearing. With dust cover and with sealing ring, two performances are different, one is dustproof and the other is sealing. The seal is to keep the grease (oil) inside the bearing from being lost during use, and the unclean grease from the outside is not easy to flow in, so as to ensure that the bearing is in a lubricated state; dust prevention is to protect the outside of the bearing from dust or harmful gases from entering the bearing Cavity to prevent damage to the bearing.

Bearings are installed with sealing devices in recent years. In the past, the bearings were all open. In order to ensure the lubrication and dust prevention of the bearings, the sealing devices were installed on the shafts at both ends of the bearings. With the development of industry, especially the food industry, the popularization of modern office machinery and home appliances, it is required to have compact equipment design, reduce weight, and prevent water and air leakage of the non-contact seal of the four-rolling bearing. This means that the bearing itself has a sealing device.

The common ones are rubber or engineering plastic sealing rings, as well as steel plate stamped sealing rings (or dust caps). The sealing structure of the sealing ring is various, and the sealing effect is also different. If there is a gap between the sealing ring and the rotating shaft, it is called non-contact sealing. The smaller the gap, the better the sealing effect, but the lower the rotation speed of the shaft is allowed; the opposite is true. There is no gap between the seal ring and the rotating shaft, which is called contact seal. The larger the contact area of the seal ring contact lip, the better the sealing effect, but the lower the rotation speed of the shaft, the opposite is true.

Dust cover
ZZ: Retaining ring-type steel plate bearing dust cover, used for miniature bearings, and the structure in which the stamped metal steel plate is fixed on the outer ring with a spring tight ring.
2Z: Stamping steel plate bearing dust cover to reduce oil seepage, and the structure of the metal steel plate to be reinforced on the outer ring by stamping.

Sealing ring
TT: Retaining ring type Teflon bearing seal ring, mainly used for miniature bearings. The structure of the Teflon seal ring with glass fiber added to the outer ring with a spring tight ring.
2RS: Contact rubber bearing sealing ring, which effectively prevents the intrusion of foreign matter. The rubber sealing ring is embedded in the outer ring of the bearing, and the sealing ring is in slight contact with the inner ring.

According to the specific use environment of the bearing and seal, the materials used for the dust cover and the sealing ring are also different.
