After receiving the customer's inquiry, after analyzing the background of the customer and the company, we found that the customer is a professional buyer in the industry.
After the analysis, our technical overtime arrangement will provide the customer with the drawing of thebearing sleeve, and give the quotation in the first time. Although the plan given to the client for the first time was not what the client wanted, but after communicating with the client again and truly understanding the needs of the client, the client given the final plan was very satisfied.

Here I would like to say a little bit, we must give customers solutions efficiently and accurately under the premise of understanding the needs of customers, so that customers have a satisfactory purchasing experience.

After quoting the bearing sleeve, because of the time difference, we often need to chat with the customer about the details of thebearing sleeveafter work, and we look forward to receiving news from the customer every afternoon, because the more contact with the customer, the customer’s intention the higher.
